Orges Ormanidhi, BA, MSc
Orges has a MSc degree in Environmental and Development Economics from the University of Oslo and a BA degree majoring in Public Administration from the University of Tirana.
Orges has built considerable research experience from working in a number of institutions across four countries. In Canada, his experience includes working as a Data Analyst at the Sunnybrook Research Institute, a Research Associate at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics of University of Guelph as well as THETA Collaborative and an Economic Specialist at the Ontario Ministry of Finance. In the UK, Orges started his experience in health economics while working in consulting industry as an Associate Health Economist at Oxford Outcomes Ltd. after initially working as a Research Fellow at the Oxford Internet Institute of University of Oxford. In Norway, he wrote his master thesis while working at the Statistics Norway Research Department. In Albania, Orges co-founded and directed a research institute and taught undergraduate courses at the Faculty of Economics of University of Tirana.
His current research interests include health economic modeling, prevention and wellbeing, intergenerational investment choices, competition and public policy.
