Education and Training

Dr. John-Baptiste obtained her PhD in Health Services Research from the Department of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto. She spent one year at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality in the United States where she used qualitative methods to investigate policy decision makers' use and perceptions of decision models. She was a post-doctoral fellow funded through the Canadian Institutes of Health Research.

Currently Dr. John-Baptiste is Assistant Professor in the Schulich Interfaculty Program in Public Health, Department of Epidemiology & Biostatistics, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, University of Western Ontario. She also holds the position of Health Economist with Medical Evidence, Decision Integrity, Clinical Impact (MEDICI), Department of Anaesthesia & Perioperative Medicine, London Health Sciences Centre / St. Joseph's Health Care.
