Education and Training

Diana received her BSc in Human Biology, Health and Society at Cornell University. She subsequently received her MPH with a focus in International Health and Infectious Disease from Boston University. She received her Medical Degree from Queen’s University. Diana then moved to the University of Toronto to begin her residency training in the Division of Urology. At the end of her fourth year of residency training she entered the Surgeon Scientist Training Program to pursue a degree in Health Technology Assessment through IHPME at the University of Toronto.

Research Interests and Expertise

Diana’s primary research interests are in urologic oncology, specifically urothelial cancers. She is working on developing decision analyses to evaluate novel methods of treating muscle invasive bladder cancer and upper tract urothelial cancer.
