Current Position and Professional Functions

Eleanor Pullenayegum is a biostatistician and works as a Senior Scientist at the Hospital for Sick Children and as Associate Professor in the Dalla Lana School of Public Health.


Education and Training

Eleanor's Undergraduate and Master's level training at the University of Cambridge in the field of Mathematics.

Her doctoral work was completed at the University of Toronto as well as a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the University of Waterloo.

Research Interests and Expertise

Her main focus is on developing statistical methodology, and she is particularly interested in methods for economic evaluations. Her work includes methods for analysing censored cost data, methods for meta-analyses, and methods for measuring and analysing health utilities.
