Education and Training
Lauren received her Bachelor of Arts in International Development and her Masters of Biomedical Sciences from the University of Guelph. Prior to starting her doctoral studies Lauren worked at Public Health Ontario and the THETA Collaborative supporting research projects on immunization programs and health technology assessment.

Research Interests and Expertise
Lauren’s research interests include economic evaluation and infectious diseases, particularly vaccine preventable diseases. For her thesis, Lauren is evaluating public health interventions aimed at reducing the burden of tuberculosis in Ontario.
