Current Position and Professional Functions
Louise Lemieux-Charles, PhD is Professor Emeritus at the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation (IHPME) at the University of Toronto.
Research Interests and Expertise
Her research interests are in the areas of system evaluation, performance management, organizational learning, knowledge transfer, and health service delivery networks. Dr. Lemieux-Charles' current research projects include the study of pay-for-performance systems in the Ontario Cancer System, the impact of the Cancer Quality Council on organizational performance and the impact of accreditation on organizational change and patient safety.
