Education and Training

Yelena completed her PhD training at the University of Toronto, Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation. She is currently doing her postdoctoral program at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute. She has joined the Health System Performance Research Network (HSPRN) as a trainee since 2012. She holds a Master of Public Health degree, American University of Armenia and Medical Doctor degree, Yerevan State Medical University, Armenia.
