Two THETA students awarded scholarships - congrats!!!

Peter Dixon MD, MSc student at IHPME University of Toronto received a Harry Barberian Scholarship Award 2019 and Karen Chung, MD, BHSc (Hon), MSc (student) at IHPME, U of T, was awarded a Frederick Banting and Charles Best Canada Graduate Scholarship, by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research.

Nida Shahid wins U of T Libraries graduate student exhibition competition

Dr. Sander's project funded by CIHR. Congratulations!!!

Beate Sander is one of the Principal Investigators receiving funding from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) for a research project to determine the optimal strategy for preventing GBS disease in Ontario infants.

Dr. Stephen Mac research mentioned in the December edition of the ORT Times

Drs. Stephen Mac and Alan Tam are researchers at the Institute of Health Policy, Management, and Evaluation (IHPME) and TRI. Their research on the cost-effectiveness of the Fast Track program was published in the International Journal of Rehabilitation Research in November.
